Terms, exclusions, and further eligibility criteria apply. All drivers must be aged between 25 and 80 years old, with a minimum age of 30 required for MINI Countryman SE models over 300bhp. Drivers must be permanent UK residents and hold a full or provisional UK licence or a full EU licence. Eligibility also requires no more than three minor driving convictions and no major convictions within the past five years, and no more than three at-fault claims in the same period. The main driver must be you, your spouse, partner, or civil partner (not a business partner), and must be the first registered keeper of the vehicle. Applicants must not have had insurance cancelled or refused or have been previously banned from driving. The main driver must also be able to pass an identity check at their registered address.
