Eligibility is subject to insurance approval and driver licence checks for all specified named drivers; by requesting a test drive, all drivers agree to Arnold Clark carrying out the necessary licence checks. Drivers must be aged 21 or over, have held a full valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, have a maximum of six penalty points, and be free from endorsements other than speeding offences within the last three years. Drivers must not have been disqualified from driving at any time in the last three years. The primary driver remains responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges incurred during the test drive. The insurance cover includes an excess of £500 and the primary driver is liable to pay this in the event of any damage or claim; should the driver do anything to invalidate the insurance, they may be liable to pay the claim in full. The vehicle may only be used for personal use on public roads and excludes track use and all forms of hire or reward, including the carriage of passengers for payment (such as taxi services or driving tuition) or the transport of goods for payment (such as courier or delivery services). For the avoidance of doubt, business use other than commuting to work is strictly excluded. Vehicle may only be used within mainland UK. CUPRA branch business hours. Vehicle must be returned with a minimum level of fuel as agreed with the local Arnold Clark CUPRA branch on collection.
